Zoom does not show video to me or anyone else. Lenovo Inspiron 706 2n1, Windows 10, camera works fine on CAMERA app, all drivers updated, Zoom uninstalled / reinstalled, antivirus paused Any ideas? Thanks

Hello All, I am running into an issue with a room, whenever someone is sharing their screen, the incoming video of the speaker is blacked out until someone else speaks and the issue carries over to the speaker. These rooms are running with a windows 10 PC. Please let me know if anyone else has ran into this issue and has some input. Thanks in advance!

I hope you can help me with this, it is a Crestron 760 touch panel with a light bar configured to be a zoom scheduler, problem is that when the room is reserved the light doesn’t change the color anymore, just the screen where it says “Busy” any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Hi All, I am using few zoom rooms. Below are the details of what is installed: 1) Appliance: Logitech roommate OS Version: 1.8.574 App Version: 5.13.6 2) Controller: Logitech Tap OS Version: 1.8.559 App Version: 5.14.0 We are using DHCP reservation for IP assignment on these devices. Every few days i am getting, unable to connect to network.

Any insights on what could be wrong here?

Right now only the Logitech RallyBar and RallyBar Mini are supported starting with version 5.14.5

Several posts seem to indicate a selection I do not appear to have. Settings >> meetings.. under in meeting advanced there is said to be a selection for Virtual backgrounds? Not on my Windows desktop. Clearly I must be missing something as this seems to be very basic. Change virtual backgrounds per meeting when necessary. HELP

At two recent meetings I launched, one of the participants has the image frozen in the videos I show (part of the presentation). The audio still works but the video image freezes. It only happens to him with the videos, because the rest of the presentation does not give him problems. Also, the other participants have no problem and the recording of the meeting shows no freezing. I don't know if it is a matter of the signal of origin (mine) or a problem of the participant with its reception. What can I suggest to him?

I've enabled all the chat saving in the settings, but still no CHAT text saved locally or in the cloud. What am I doing wrong. Lost some important links that participants shared in the CHAT area. Thanks, achealey P.S. Started hosting the meeting on an ipad -(a TERRIBLE experience as a host by the way) but my chat settings are ACCOUNT wide - so not sure why it didn't save it. It's worked for me in the past

I was looking to create a custom "Video Filter" Not virtual background. Essentially just the company logo in the corner of the screen, so that it is infront of the person should a shoulder or such get in the way. Is this possible? The Zoom Tutorial is outdated from their own software so I am confused.
