We just installed the equipment for a new Zoom Room and when the TAP fires up and wants the default/initial password it isn't accepting Zoom123. I have googled and googled and not seeing anything else it can be. Is there a new one and/or how can I set a new one if I don't know the default/initial password? Thanks (Tampa_Roger).

Is it possible to change how the name of a personal room displays? In other words, can you rename a personal room so that it reads "Name's Zoom Meeting" rather than "Name's Personal Room"?

Can we get a version of the Zoom Room Controller app for iPad that works in portrait mode? We have iPad minis as controllers on vertical stands, and we have to either look at them sideways, or laying the iPad Minis on their sides.
Heyas Does anyone know how licensing/meeting length behaves when a basic user uses one of our Zoom Rooms as a location (so the meeting appears on the Zoom Room controller calendar) So the intention is to have the meeting at the Zoom Room with others connecting in. Not sure if it makes a difference, but we also have this setting on. "Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host and other participants" Or does the meeting have to be initiated by the Zoom Room to use its license?

Following the recent version update, my camera image flickers and freezes when meeting in a room. As this started with the update, I would like to go back to the previous version of Zoom. Please advise. Thank you.
At this time users that use zoom on multiple workstations are being logged out each time they login to another instance. This was never the cause until the latest update. Is there a workaround for this?
Hello, I am trying to find a solution that allows me to give limited access to only Digital Signage Content. Is it possible to modify a User or Group's access to just Digital Signage Content? Or would this potentially open a door for them to access other admin related items? Thanks!
