Hello All,

 

Hope anyone can shed some light on our issue. We have the following set-up. 

- Mac mini (Intel) running the latest version - Monterey OS

- Shure P300IMX Processor (Connected USB)

- MXA 910 Microphone

- Shure Conference Speakers

- Zoom Rooms - latest version

 

Here is the issue. Zoom rooms will start up fine but anywhere between 8 and 45 minutes the audio will stop working. The computer sees the USB processor just fine, but the audio isn't working with zoom. Has anyone else seen this issue before? We thought it might be the computer, but we replaced the M1 Mac minis that were in there with Intel max and have the same issue.

Zoom Room mistakenly thinks 2 displays are connected

Our zoom room thinks there are 2 displays connected, but in reality there is only 1 which causes a major issue as we are unable to see participants on the other end of a meeting. This room utilizes a Poly Studio X50 to run the Zoom Rooms app and is running version 5.15.8 (3555). This just started happening once we upgraded to this version by the way. Anyone else ever see this issue and know how to resolve? Simple reboots did not help unfortunately.

Cisco Room Bar as Zoom Managed Device

I see that Cisco Room Bar is supported as a Zoom Managed Device. I do not see how to set it up that way though. I see the Cisco/Polycom Rooms option under Room Management, however my CRC license doesn't show as available to set this up. It is availab... Show more

I see that Cisco Room Bar is supported as a Zoom Managed Device.  I do not see how to set it up that way though.  I see the Cisco/Polycom Rooms option under Room Management, however my  CRC license doesn't show as available to set this up.  It is available under Zoom Rooms.  Any help is appreciated.

We are seeing Zoom Room control connections rapidly opening and closing with our Q-SYS cores. Zoom establishes and closes connections on the ECP port several times each second. This is happening in every room we're using Zoom Room controls and it shows up in the logs of the core. What's going on here?

I recently buy a NUC FOR ZOOM online and opened the device to use ZOOM. When I choose to join the meeting, a pop-up window prompts "Some of your Zoom Rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting". However, I have not found any button to upgrade the software version . I am seeking help here on how to upgrade my NUC FOR ZOOM software version,thks

If I have a business with multiple lots, but they wanted to set up one of their lots with some form of a virtual receptionist  at a Windows computer that a potential client can interact with in order to receive assistance from an employee at another location. Is it possible to set something up where the potential client can call a number of another location and they activate the video conferencing side on their part that automatically displays on the potential customers end that will display the employee assisting them and the computers screens so both employee and client can both follow along. Does Zoom have a service that can handle this?

Hello,

we have two zoom rooms in our company. What setup is needed for zoom and google calendar, so users can schedule a zoom meeting in one of the zoom rooms automatically, when they select particular resource from the google calendar?

I figured out how to do it with my personal zoom link in google calendar, but I want to get a zoom link from the resource (shared zoom room).

Example:

I am an employee, and I want to have zoom link included by default when I schedule an event in a google calendar and I pick in resources one of the rooms connected to zoom.

I have 60 rooms running Zoom and we have turned on the Google Meet interoperability and for the most part have received a positive experience. However, I have one room that the functionality was working in but now does not. Nothing in the room has changed. We are running a mini-pc with iPad for a controller. Both have 5.14.5 running on them. The invitation shows up, the join button is there, it acts like it wants to connect, flashes white on the main monitor for second and then nothing. If you are signed into Zoom on the virtual controller in device management you will see a connecting to Google and then a spinning. 

 

I have rebooted and system, downgraded the application and nothing seems to help. Any ideas?
