Interop buttons missing from tap

We just changed out our Poly TC8 tap and now the Interop buttons (Google Meet, Teams, Webex) are no longer showing on the tap. I checked the settings in Zoom web and they are still enabled. I rebooted the tap and still nothing except the 3 main Zoom buttons, New Meeting, Join, Share Content. The software version are different. But we don't want to upgrade the version because we bricked the first one we upgraded and had to send that back. The current version on the new tap without the Interop buttons is 3.12.0-210716. The tap with the newer version is 4.1.0-211230.

Is it because the versions are different?
