Interop buttons missing from tap

We just changed out our Poly TC8 tap and now the Interop buttons (Google Meet, Teams, Webex) are no longer showing on the tap. I checked the settings in Zoom web and they are still enabled. I rebooted the tap and still nothing except the 3 main Zoom ...
