Upon completion of setting up my new Zoom Phone number online and on my mobile app- it appears I can make calls and texts no problem. My inbound calls, however, do not ring to my cell phone. Call forwarding is off, my cell phone volume is loud, and I have the correct time zone.

Did I miss where I'm supposed to enter in my actual cell phone somewhere in set up? Why won't it ring to my phone so I know I'm getting a call? I have 1 Zoom Phone number license for the $15/mo.

When I try to slide the answer button over, it just does not react. Its frozen and I cant access the call. The phone continues to ring as if I ignored it. This is happening in and out of the office on network and wi-fi as well.

I am a delegate for another user in our enterprise system. This is not a call que or any other complex application.

Hopefully someone can assist, thanks.

Can anyone help me understand how this works or is anyone using it? Are all the prerequisites required? It talks about certain phones you need to have I'm just all sorts of confused. It shows having zoom phone application clients so can we page to these devices? I tried visiting with support but all they do is send me the links to the articles I've already read, but they don't really explain what the end result is. I was with a company in the past where for paging all we did was buy the ip horn and give it a license and assign it a common area, you can then call that extension and get a page in essence. Do you still go through this same process and the cloud thing is just a way of grouping them all together?

Resolved! Do you recommend Zoom Phone for our office?

We want to replace our archaic traditional landlines with VoIP Zoom. Do you recommend zoom over Vonage or others? 8-10 users in a law office.

Hello all,Does anyone know if I can set up a Fax Mailbox in Zoom Voice and forward that to an email address? I set up an Auto Attendant with my fax number and set it to forward to an email address. Just looking to see if that is all I need?

We currently use an answering service to take calls whenever our main reception is unable to answer.

At the moment, we are having the issue where internal calls to reception that don't get answered are then being forwarded to this answering service, which is then charging us for these calls.

Is there any way to setup different overflow handling for internal vs external calls, so that say any internal calls go to voicemail or disconnect when not answered, and external calls can overflow to the answering service?

I want to cancel my Zoom phone because it doesn't work but to do this I have to go through sales, apparently. I've tried the online form but no-one has come back to me after 2 weeks. Does anyone work in the Zoom sales department or do you just pick and choose who they respond to?

I don't get error codes, I just get calls getting skipped on when I try to answer. Problems exist on various devices. Mine is a samsung galaxy s23. I susbscribe to Zoom One. I've tried contacting support but all they do is tell me to run tests. Regardless of the tests, the phone system just doesn't work and as getting someone to contact is unproductive I'm going to move to another provider so I need to talk to someone about cancelling.
