We're using a Zoom Phone Call Queue for an internal use case. Think of it as a hotline that folks in the field can call should they require assistance. The queue is manned by a team that is specifically setup to handle these calls, so a call queue just made the most sense. 

Right now, the call queue only shows in the desktop app when I search for it in the phone number box. It doesn't show up in the contact search and it doesn't show up at all in the mobile app which is what our folks in the field primarily use. 

Can we please have a toggle on call queues that has it listed as an internal contact?

DST with existing Auto receptionist vs calls going to Country without DST

If my current Auto receptionist is set for GMT-5:00 (eastern) to roll at 2am and we have DST this weekend, will the Auto receptionist automatically know it is DST and calls will roll at 2am still or do I need to manually change the Auto receptionist ... Show more

If my current Auto receptionist is set for GMT-5:00 (eastern) to roll at 2am and we have DST this weekend, will the Auto receptionist automatically know it is DST and calls will roll at 2am still or do I need to manually change the Auto receptionist to push to the call queues?

I am currently testing zoom for lightning in a sandbox SF environment linked to my zoom desktop account (not using ZCC). So far all is looking good but I am unsure if this is possible... I would like where Sales receive an inbound call from a new contact / unknown number for them to be able to quickly and easily create a new Contact to allow them to link that activity to the Contact. At the moment this does not appear to be possible. Is this something I can configure or is it actually not possible? Any guidance or advice would be appreciated. Thanks,

No SMS notifications to Georgia phone number

Something wrong with sending SMS to Georgia phone numbers (+995 code). There is no sms after creating event to georgia phone number, but it is ok with belorussian (+375) number. Is any way to fix it?

I have a need to establish a internal extension number that can make outbound calls and forward calls to an external number without the assignment of a DID number for the user. Zoom Phone Pro Unlimited assigned but when an external number is dialed it gets blocked saying the number cannot be reached.  When I assign a DID number from spares the user can call out. Is there any way to have outbound calling without a DID being assigned to the account

incoming calls not showing if someone else answered the call

If there is a main line that several users could answer, why does it not show that another person answered the call and whom?

Resolved! Common Area Phones show offline

I set up a Common Area phone and assigned it to a Yealink T54W. I'm able to use the desk phone with no issues, however the status of the "Common Area" phone appears as offline to the Zoom application. The desk phone itself shows online in the account... Show more

 I set up a Common Area phone and assigned it to a Yealink T54W. I'm able to use the desk phone with no issues, however the status of the "Common Area" phone appears as offline to the Zoom application. The desk phone itself shows online in the account settings. So, why is it showing as offline and how do I fix it? Seeing it as offline makes it seem as if the extension/phone is not available which isn't the case.

Unable to press numbers in a menu

I have an employee who is unable to Press numbers in a menu..... if she's calling and they say press 1 for this - it doesn't allow her to do that. I'm not sure how to even go about checking what the issue might be.
