On Sunday morning from 7AM - noon and 4PM - 6PM calls go to that same Hunt Group and are backdup up by the Night Auto Attendant if unanswered. Can we set that up on Zoom?

Is there a way to bypass the Zoom voicemail instruction prompt when you are routed to voicemail for a Zoom Phone user.  It appears that pressing the hash key (#) will bypass the personal greeting, but then the voicemail instructions still play.  Experienced callers don't necessarily want to hear the instructions every time, but I also don't want to eliminate the recording as newer callers may appreciate that.

Thanks!

I have a free Google voice number I've used for years.  I was trying to find out if I can port this number to Zoom phone.  I tried the virtual assistant, and it has no clue.  Nor could I find anything here about it.  I tried calling both the sales and support voice lines, and the system just ends up terminating the call.  This of course after it discovered I was just a single user.  Not exactly a warm fuzzy right off the bat.

So, I would still love to know the answer.  Can a number from legacy free Google voice be ported to zoom phone?

When either a Zoom Phone user or Zoom Contact Center agent receives a call, and needs to transfer it to an external party (BYOC or BYOP), the receiver of the transfered call sees ZP user number or ZCC queue number. Original Caller Id is not sent to the SBC: there is neither history nor diversion header.

Could it be implemented?

Hello,

I have created a holiday schedule for one of our company sites.  I have also created a few call queues under this site. I have a specific call queue that utilizes a different holiday schedule. I am not able to remove any holidays that were created at the site level. Is there any way do customize the holiday schedule for this call queue? If not, would there be a recommended work-around? Thanks!

The Loaction database for Zoom Phone Emergency Services includes a setting that I can't find documented anywhere: "Apply minimum match criteria". It says this will prevent a location from being detected solely based on a Public IP match. It needs both a Public and Private IP match. This could be useful for us since our NAT ranges span multiple buildings.

My question: Will a sub-location still match correctly if the Private IP is tied to the sub-location (like a building floor) but the Public IP is defined at a parent location (like a site)? I think this is how it works, but I can't find any documentation that confirms this.

The only mention I can find of this setting is in release notes from June 19, 2022. Even the linked document doesn't reference it unless I'm completely missing it.

Has anyone noticed a high number of users reporting call drops over the last week?  We have had a significant number of users reporting high call drops, our users are utilizing the Zoom client and in most cases are on 2.6.6.  Looking at the logs I do not see any abnormal latency, jitter, round trip times and according to our network team we are not seeing any traffic being blocked or drops on our network.   I have a support case open but curious if this is just our org or if others are also seeing this.

Thanks,
