Callers can select routing options presented by the IVR, such as connecting to a user, accessing billing, or leaving a voicemail. IVR systems can include features like a dial-by-name directory and speech recognition for easier navigation. To create an IVR system, an account owner, admin, or auto receptionist operator must have the appropriate account privileges and a Zoom Phone license.
