Hello, is there any tool or AI feature which can boost predictivity for receptionist to transfer calls to different queues, instead of doing it manually.

Hello @TS19, welcome to Zoom Community! An Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system allows callers to interact with a phone system through voice or keypad inputs. Callers can select routing options presented by the IVR, such as connecting to a user, accessing billing, or leaving a voicemail. IVR systems can include features like a dial-by-name directory and speech recognition for easier navigation. To create an IVR system, an account owner, admin, or auto receptionist operator must have the appropriate account privileges and a Zoom Phone license.
