Using Zoom's PHONE SYSTEM

Dear Zoom Users

I have a free Zoom account.

I cannot see the PHONE TAB on my Zoom Workplace.

Is it possible to call 1800 numbers using my free Zoom account ?

From what I understand, free/basic accounts don't have PSTN access to dial any outbound number. In order to dial the PSTN, you'll need a paid license (metered or unlimited) or have someone within your account that is licensed, make the transfer for you.
