I am carefully following the steps at
for 'How to Complete the Initial Setup' in order to port a number.
I have successfully completed the first step from that page: 'Sign in to the Zoom web portal'.
However, the second step tells me to 'Click Phone System Management, then Begin Setup' and I see nothing regarding 'Phone System Management' on the web portal I've signed into. Where might I have missed something, and where can I find the appropriate steps to follow?

Hi @Max22, welcome to Zoom Community! If you already have Zoom Phone licenses in your account, but you're still not seeing 'Phone System Management', this may be due to your role's permissions. By default, only the account owner has access to all settings in your Zoom account, including the initial setup for Zoom Phone. If you are set as an account admin, your account owner can change your role permissions. However, if you are the account owner and you're still not seeing 'Phone System Management' reach out to your Account Executive for further assistance.
