Four of our members in zoom organization are deactivated their zoom account by the zoom. And we already submit an appeal to activate the account last August 20,2021. May I ask, how many days zoom need to review the appeal to activate the account. And also can we ask the specific reason why zoom deactivated the account of a innocent Grade School Student. Thank you. we really need a response because those account are using in online class.
