TEngo una cuenta zoom Pro hace un año y medio que uso a diario

tuve un problema con mi computadora y ahora cuando quiero ingresar me dice que debo contratar un servicio pago por 15 dolares mensuales que ya tengo 

no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta. y no lo tengo en el telefono porque acabo de cambiar el aparato

A little bit more about myself: my name is Christtian and I have been a Customer Success Manager at Zoom since 2018, currently based in Sydney, Australia 🌊🐨. I won't be here all alone and you will definitely see a few other Zoomies (this is how we call ourselves) poking around the forum to help answer your questions.
