Zoom Phone and SMS Texts Question

If I am not sending campaign SMS text but just basic text to my users do have to give out their cell numbers are we still required to setup a campaign ?

We recently installed the latest Zoom upgrade concerning Oauth changes into our Salesforce FinanciaL Services Application. Now the Call history is no longer showing in the Phone pad as it used to. The history is being logged in salesforce correctly but when the History buton in the phone pad is pucjhed no history is displayed. Anyone have a solution or path to a solution so the histopry is displayed as it used to.

Zoom Phone Delegate Line

Is it possible to have your Zoom phone line only ring on your delegates phone/device? My user is a delegate that screens her delegator's line and would like to know if this is possible.

Can't update phone number

My phone number will not update. I enter the country code (United States) and the phone number (land line in the 'Home" field). and it is not accepted.

I am trying to access the recordings of my zoom phone calls, but I cannot because zoom says that I need to be an admin. The problem is I am the admin, "super admin" of this account...?

 

Can anyone help me here? As you all know, this is a very robust and NON-USER friendly system. I've literally click every link and given myself every permission possible and still cannot gain access to my recordings. 

 

Please help!

Use voice network?

Hi. I had another question about Zoom. Can I make calls using voice network if data is slow? It looks like there is a switch to carrier option. When this is enabled I apparently get put on a metered plan. Is this the case even on the unlimited plan?

What is the best way to do the following?

 

Some users need to be able to receive inbound calls but not be able to make outbound.

I have tried to play with "  Restricted Call/SMS Hours" but obviously this feature restricts both, incoming and outgoing calls.

 

There is, of course, a way to do that from the Phone number perspective but I am looking for a way to do that at the user level. This was very common in PABXs. 

I am looking also for something like Class Of Service. For example users with COS=1 can make National outbound calls, while users with COS=2 are allowed to make Mobile calls, and users with for example COS=3 are disallowed to make outbound calls at all.  (numbers are random just for example)

 

Is that possible?

Unable to add back deleted user to Zoom Phone

I have two licenses for phone system. During Initial setup I did not configure it correctly. So deleted phone numbers including and company phone and the active user. Now I tried to complete the setup, I am unable to add the user because the message ... Show more

I have two licenses for phone system.  During Initial setup I did not configure it correctly.  So deleted phone numbers including and company phone and the active user.  Now I tried to complete the setup, I am unable to add the user because the message says I used up all licenses and should by additional license to add the user.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Resolved! Videogreetings + Videomail storage allowance not listed on storage page?

can someone help me understand what the limits are, and if there are limits less than unlimited, how many videomails in a Gb, etc., to get a sense of how often we'd have to clear space.
