All of a sudden SMS responses to our LMS system are coming through the Zoom app as well. Texts are being sent through the LMS from an 800 number not associated with Zoom, and when someone responds the response is coming through the Zoom app and it is being sent to a random rep. It is very strange.

please i will like to know if the zoom phone is reliable and if anyone has used it for more than a year just got it and it got disabled not sure if i can get another one but want to be sure if its reliable. i think i might be disabled maybe because i changed my picture on my status or maybe because i have logged in on 2 diferrent phone but it signed out while i log in on a other phone. zoom didnt give any reason for disabling my account. i will be glad if i could see anyone who have used the service for over a year as changing numbers might spoil the reputation of the company.

Dear all, I do hope all is well. Quick question about zoom and files storage. I have a username and a password in order to access my respective cloud and store and view zoom meetings of the past. Let’s assume that one more or two more persons want to connect with the cloud and store and view their own zoom meetings. Is there a way to grant them separate passwords and separate spaces inside the cloud, which will allow each one of us to view their own videos and prevent them from viewing mine? Please, advise. When I connect to zoom using the mobile app with an Android phone (Pixel 6 Pro) all bluetooth audio is disabled and I am only able to communicate using the phone itself. Bose sportbuds do not work, neither does vehicle audio. Both were working previous to, and after, the zoom call. This is a relatively new occurrence as both worked in the recent past. Has there been a recent update? Any information/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried going through so many options but was unable to find help. I was wondering If we can assign a direct number with out using extensions. like normal dial in phone numbers, and able to send and receive sms. but it doesn't seem very simple when setting it up.

I call the number Zoom assigned me, but it doesn't ring anywhere. I was hoping it would ring on my computer.
Where's the reference manual? It would be nice to get a step by step setup in order, but I don't see anything like that. I fumbled through adding the numbers to users. How do I assign my toll free number to the IRV and setup greetings, departments, etc.?

We are new to Zoom Phones and the Poly Edge E450 brand of phones. We are trying to figure out how to see when other office members are on a call using their desk phones. In the past (old provider and phones) if a co-worker was on a call a red call indicator would appear showing they are currently on a call. If they were available for a call they would show as green. I called Poly support and they indicated that this is a phone provider setting. However when I called Zoom they indicated that it was either a Poly setting or could be managed with the Power Pack ($25/user/month). My research indicates that power pack has nothing to do with the physical phones and only allows for higher visibility of call traffic on the zoom phone dashboard. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how do we fix this? Is this a phone setting or a zoom setting? Thank you in advance.
