Support Tickets

Has something changed with support? I used to get a response to all support tickets within a day or so. Now it seems if I open a ticket, it can sit there for weeks with no movement and I have to call in to support multiple times to get it assigned to... Show more

Has something changed with support?  I used to get a response to all support tickets within a day or so.  Now it seems if I open a ticket, it can sit there for weeks with no movement and I have to call in to support multiple times to get it assigned to someone who can begin to assist me.

No option to add session border controller in the routings tab

I'm enabling local survivability using ZPLS module, its registered and good with its service stats. I'm now finding the option to add SBC under its routing tab as per the guide given in the following link. Unfortunately, I don't see that SBC option. ... Show more

I'm enabling local survivability using ZPLS module, its registered and good with its service stats. I'm now finding the option to add SBC under its routing tab as per the guide given in the following link. Unfortunately, I don't see that SBC option. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I have several lines for different agents and some agents encountering issues they  are unable to successfully utilize the keypress functionality, specifically pressing "1," to accept incoming calls,

Not sure if this is even an option. Does zoom possess the capability for a customer to call my business line, hear a voice message that states press one to receive a quote with that option being forwarded to my admin, and a second option to reach me directly for more urgent matters? My business line is forwarded to my admins phone, so I still receive customer texts, but sometimes I would like specific customers to reach me directly. If this is an option, what settings would I adjust?

can't log in zoom apps

I can log in into my zoom acc from online browser but can't log in from ZOOM Cloud Meetings apps. It says invalid email or password. No matter how many times I change the password it still shows the same.

Cannot Send SMS Messages, SMS messages are enabled

My users within the company are experiencing SMS Message could not be sent.

 

SMS is enabled.  Even after clearing out the application's cache, this error message pops up.
