I have two licenses for phone system.  During Initial setup I did not configure it correctly.  So deleted phone numbers including and company phone and the active user.  Now I tried to complete the setup, I am unable to add the user because the message says I used up all licenses and should by additional license to add the user.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

We're considering the video greetings and video mail options but can't find information on our account' storage limits for these options. I see a table for voicemail, but not videomail.

can someone help me understand what the limits are, and if there are limits less than unlimited, how many videomails in a Gb, etc., to get a sense of how often we'd have to clear space.

Change phone number to NOT have extension i.e. direct dial

I have a single phone line with my account but it comes with an extension. I need to change it to a direct dial number

Number is 013nn 464646 x3141 but I want it to be 013nn 464646 without the extension.

 

How do I do that?

No Incoming Audio - Zoom Phone

I am having an issue in my home office using Zoom Phone where I am not able to receive incoming audio.  This only happens with Zoom Phone, when I get on Zoom video calls incoming audio is fine.

 

The extremely strange thing is if I unplug Ethernet from my computer, so I am only on WiFi the audio problem goes away.

 

Fact everything is fine on Wi-Fi seems to indicate this isn't a firewall issue, but maybe a specific router port setting?  

 

This didn't start being an issue until I upgraded to a new Verizon router, model G3100.  I've configured this router the exact same way my previous Verizon router was configured, so I am at a loss.

 

Any suggestions that could cause this to be happening?

 

Zoom is on Version: 5.13.5 (12053)
ISP Router - G3100

Wireless Mesh Router - Amplifi HD

Wired Switch for all hard-wired devices - Extreme X435-24P-4S
