My contacts for Zoom phone do not sync between the phone I use for work and the desktop app. If I create a contact on the phone it will not appear on the desktop and vice versa. is there anyway to update the directory for either or turn this on to auto sync?

I'm a longtime Zoom user.  Last week added the $15/month phone service.  Talked about dropping the ball.  Even after spending 1 hr wading through the community fixes, I'm still not able to make a phone call.  And I'm not going to spend more time figuring it out.  So long Zoom.

With our old phone carrier (ENA), the secretaries in our school buildings could transfer a call directly to a teacher's voicemail. That option no longer appears for them with Zoom. Is there something on our end we need to do in order for that to work?

They do this when a teacher is actively teaching a class and they don't want to disturb them. We know there is a DND button on the phones, but the teachers have a habit of not turning that back off.

How do you display the BLF status of desktop phones from the desktop application? I have a receptionist that will be using the desktop application for call transferring who will need to monitor the status of physical phones. 

Right now all phones just show as "offline" under contacts. See photo attached. However, anyone using the desktop application shows the correct status.

Hello, let me briefly explain my concern. I am a Canadian citizen and have an active Canadian phone plan. Currently I live in Turkey and would like to port my Canadian number to Zoom. Additionally I would like to get a new US phone number.

Can i just get the yearly subscription for these services and start using them from Turkey with just an internet connection or do I need something else like contacting Turkish telecommunication platform or getting a VPN that has a US IP number.

I am so confused about what the VoIP infrastructure is so I need your help..

We integrated Zoom phone in Dynamics a couple of years ago, seems to run ok most of the time. However last week a few of our users reported the app just crashed and closed when they were in the middle of a call, just wondering if anyone else noticed anything or if there is a fix available?
