how to set zoom phone as default caller on mac when facetime wont allow change

Hi I'm very frustrated. I tried going in FaceTime and selecting ZoomPhone for calling in the settings area. But it doesn't change it. I've tried several times nothing happens. When I click to dial inside HubSpot, it sends me straight to Google voice....
