Hi,

When I enter a recorded meeting hosted by someone else, my video (video of me) will not work. I click the video button and nothing happens.  When we went into unrecorded breakouts, my video worked perfectly.  I'm sure it has to do with recording permissions, but I have looked at all the settings on my laptop and on my zoom and don't see anything that is blocking recording.  Anyone else know where to look? Thanks

How to stop computer audio going weird when joining zoom meetings

When I join a zoom meeting, if I have the same device I joined the meeting with playing sound from other apps, the audio from other apps (especially music) ends up sounding super weird, I think it's being played in mono. How can I stop this from happ... Show more

When I join a zoom meeting, if I have the same device I joined the meeting with playing sound from other apps, the audio from other apps (especially music) ends up sounding super weird, I think it's being played in mono. How can I stop this from happening without affecting the audio for the zoom call?

I updated my Zoom client and now my screen looks like the attached image. I have already done the following to troubleshoot.

  1. Updated drivers
  2. Reinstalled the zoom client
  3. Restarted my computer
  4. Verified that my camera software works properly when I am not using zoom.

Anyone have advice?

I am hosting a meeting. Once my client is accepted from the waiting room, he will be in the group and then disappear. In a very short time, he will be back in the meeting without going through the waiting room/admission process. From his end, he desc... Show more

I am hosting a meeting. Once my client is accepted from the waiting room, he will be in the group and then disappear. In a very short time, he will be back in the meeting without going through the waiting room/admission process.  From his end, he describes it as cycling between being in the meeting and looking at my invitation. This does not happen with any of my other clients. He is using his phone, but I have other clients who use their phones without issue. Can anyone help? I've tried looking into the support, but I haven't found anything helpful. 

I don't want to lose my client, but he is struggling to stay connected because of this issue.

Recently, less than a week ago I had a very important meeting where I recorded it. Unfortunately, the recording did not appear in the directory it should've or in any other but I am sure that I pressed it and that I was authorized.. I think it may be because I closed the app without waiting for it to save.. Is there any way I can access this data, perhaps any temporary files? Any deleted files that are not permanently deleted yet...

 

I really need help, please!

Closed Captioning Enabled But Not Showing

We have had two reports of subtitles/closed captioning not showing during live events, although enabled by the host. Has anyone run into this issue? It worked fine during practice webinars and in previous meetings, but now we have had two days in a row where a webinar and now a meeting both have closed captioning enabled, but no subtitles.  This is a ZoomGov account, but technology should be the same across both platforms (I'm guessing).

Can I somehow track if and when and for how long I participated in a Zoom meeting that is not hosted by me?
