I accidentally logged into the wrong facebook account when I was trying to livestream a webinar. Now I can't seem to separate from that account so that I can use the correct one. I've tried multiple ways. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you. Show more

Can't Delete Recurring Meeting that shows up ONLY in stand-alone app, not on Web-based Home Page

Someone created a recurring meeting within Zoom last year and now I can't delete it from within the Mac app. All suggested solutions I've found online do not work. I don't get a "hover" option when I click on the recurring / upcoming meeting. I don't have any calendars synched that I'm aware of. I simply must have accepted this invite and the host hasn't deleted it. How to I clear it out of the app? Thanks.

Resolved! Licensed accounts Inquiry

In a meeting, only the host has a licensed account, if the host quit out of the meeting, how long would it still be for the left attendees(all of them don't have a license account)  to stay in the meeting?

Zoom records audio, but only shows the first slide in my powerpoint presentation.

This is my issue: Zoom records audio, but only shows the first slide in my powerpoint presentation, even thought the slides on the screen advance throughout class.

 

What have I done wrong?

Zoom can't connect on Apple m2 MacBook. Logout/Login solves the issue.

I got a new MacBook Air M2. Sometimes zoom client can't connect. It tries for about 1 minute and shows a connection error. Even if I try to select "Check for Updates..." it immediately shows the connection error. Everything else works fine. I can vis... Show more

I got a new MacBook Air M2. Sometimes zoom client can't connect. It tries for about 1 minute and shows a connection error. Even if I try to select "Check for Updates..." it immediately shows the connection error. Everything else works fine. I can visit zoom website.

The logout + login back solves the issue. I don't restart macOS. Just logout + login.

What can be wrong in my case?

Zoom Version: 5.17.1 (27701) (downloaded Apple silicon version).

Unable to open meetings

Something changed.  I am unable to open meetings whether I or someone else scheduled them.  Will someone please advise how to solve this or better yet, how to speak with someone at Zoom?

Resolved! Recording as host and leaving

Example: 

I am the host of a meeting and start recording the session. I need to leave early, so I make someone a co-host. 

Question: 

Will the meeting continue to record with the co-host if I leave? Or will recording end? I am recording to the cloud.

Hearing other's meetings Audio

Hi, 

We hosted a meeting last Wednesday and could hear another meeting's audio. We didn't recognise the voices and had to create another meeting to stop it. Has this happened to anyone?

Automatically Generate Meeting ID no longer an option?

I am trying to set up the 2024 recurring meetings for our org. Those that are limited to certain people or categories of positions have historically been set up using a distinct meeting ID rather than my personal meeting ID which is used for most other meetings. 

When I tried to set up the meetings today the option to "automatically generate a Meeting ID" was no long an option to choose. I asked the chatbot but they directed me to a video of how to set up meetings and in that video, the option to choose to use Personal ID or automatically generate a Meeting ID was still there. 

Can someone help me figure out what happened or better yet tell me how to fix it or work around it?
