Hide participant's info and number in my personal room and scheduled meetings

Hello,

I do Zoom online trainings every day on a schedule and I'm currently using my personal room. The problem is that all participants see the number of others and their names. I would like to hide them and make them visible only to the host. Do you know if it is possible?

Also, what is the best practice for setting up an online room with a weekly regular schedule, is there anything like that?
