Yealink and Zoom Rooms
I am focusing on establishing a self-automated system where people can check out time slots for a conference room so that they can join zoom meetings without myself being present. I have been looking into zoom rooms to have the ability to connect to my Yealink system where multiple people use zoom with some form of administrative account overseeing everything. Hopefully the admin account will allow for automation for users to select available times to check out the room from a calendar that can be added and adjusted and allow them to join meetings seamlessly. I am wondering if zoom rooms is the best way to do this.
