How can team member initiate and record calls on behalf of each other ?

Hey everyone,

As a growing team, we are grappling with the following two issues:

First: How can one team member start a call on behalf of another team member, for instance, when the person who has set up the meeting is sick or out of the office? What changes in the settings are necessary?

Second: How is it possible for each team member to record each other's calls?

1.) Designate an alternative host (if host/co-host access is required - it will be, if you wish to record). Allow participants to join before host (valid option in scenarios where a host/co-host is not required).

2.) When an alternative host has joined, they are able to start a recording for the host's meeting. You can also Enable Automatic Recording.
