There's a bug across pixel 8 users that I'm experiencing as well. When I'm a zoom call on my android and using my phone, if my hand crosses the camera area across at the top of the phone when vertical, then the screen starts to blink on and off.

This makes it very hard to operate my phone when on a zoom call.

 

More people experiencing the problem and claiming it's related to the device proximity sensor and the poor way zoom handles it while on a zoom call.

Every time I try to start a zoom meeting, it requires me to download zoom. Again. Why is this happening? The really bad chatbot wants me to check if my system is out of date. It is not. This is absolutely the worst help availability I have ever seen ... Show more

Every time I try to start a zoom meeting, it requires me to download zoom.  Again.  Why is this happening?  The really bad chatbot wants me to check if my system is out of date.  It is not.  This is absolutely the worst help availability I have ever seen on a product I pay to use.  I might just defect to Teams after all.

Resolved! Recording converting -now disappeared- please help

Hello, I recorded my class last night to cloud. I finished it as normal and closed the laptop off. This morning i've open the laptop to find the meeting and it wasn't there. There was a zoom pop up window saying "Meeting not converted" 64% converted ... Show more

I recorded my class last night to cloud. I finished it as normal and closed the laptop off. This morning i've open the laptop to find the meeting and it wasn't there. There was a zoom pop up window saying "Meeting not converted" 64% converted - so I allowed it to finish which it did but it isn't anywhere to be found. Please can someone help me, any ideas as to what has happened?

 

Why was it converting and how can i find the file. Thank you @members

Recording Disappeared

Last night I made a local recording.  I closed the computer before it finished converting (saw the conversion box running).  Today, meeting recording is not there.   Not anywhere.  This is the second time in two months this has happened to me.  Now here's the weird thing ..... the Zoom Folder made a folder for the meeting.  Nothing in the folder.  WTF?

Yesterday, I was using zoom to record a tutorial and didn't want my window to show up in the recording, so clicked it off via the actual box, not the video control in the bottom left. 
Well, now, I can't get it back. And, when I attend other people's zooms, my window isn't there at all. 
How do I get this turned back on, plz?? Thanks for your help!

ZoomISO high bandwidth mode vs Zoom rooms

I use Zoom Rooms in 1080p output to NDI with no more than 3 meeting participants. Would there be a video quality improvement if I switched to ZoomISO Pro, with its high-bandwidth mode? Thanks!

2. If a person (who is assigned to be a co-host/ or a host) happens to listen into an interpreter, and clicks 'record on cloud', will an original language or an interpreter's language is recorded? Or both is recorded?

3. can we record both local and interpreter's languages on cloud at the same time? How?
