someone please help me!

So I keep trying to log in to my account that I pay Pro every month. It keeps saying Account is Disabled contact support. Then I sign in to another account I have that I also pay Yearly Pro. I go to the chat support just to find out I don't have chat... Show more

So I keep trying to log in to my account that I pay Pro every month. It keeps saying Account is Disabled contact support. Then I sign in to another account I have that I also pay Yearly Pro. I go to the chat support just to find out I don't have chat support WTF. Zoom is ratchet just because i don't want to pay 22$ a month. I can't find a reason as to why my account is disabled. I pay for it. I have done nothing wrong. THOGUHTS???? I think i error code is 1003

Hey all! This might sound very weird but if anyone has experienced this and knows how to turn it off let me know! So when i either join a meeting or host a meeting, zoom will announce out loud who joins the meeting and it also will announce if i happen to go to lets say google chrome and browse something while on the chat, if someone puts something into zooom chat, it will out loud tell me and everyone else on the meeting who sent the chat and what it says, lol HELP!!!

I bought a Windows 11 PC:

- Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-N305 1.80 GHz

- RAM - 8.00 GB (7.63 GB usable)

- System - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

- OS edition - Windows 11 Home in S mode

- Version - 22H2

- HD Space - 200 GB

 

I went to zoom.us and tried to download the app. All internet instructions say to look for the "Zoom Client for Meetings" download. I scrolled through all of the download options, but the only one that is close is "Zoom Desktop Client". So, I downloaded this app and got an executable file named "ZoomInstallerFull.exe". When I click on open for this download nothing happens. I opened the downloads folder and tried to launch it directly. Initially a window opens that seems like it is going to start an install, but then that window just closes and nothing happens. 

 

I tried to go through this multiple times with no success. I tried restarting the system with no change. I tried looking for the app in the Windows Market Place that is on Windows 11, but there isn't a Zoom app on my market place.

 

I have scoured the internet for an answer, but there aren't any instances i can find with someone else who had this problem, and even the Zoom support page refers to "Zoom Client for Meetings" so no help there either. I tried calling customer support but apparently that's only if you pay for zoom. That leaves me with no way to solve my problem. Can someone explain what I am doing wrong?

Hola. Somos una escuela de Perú que ya no trabaja de forma remota. Pero Zoom se ha cobrado automáticamente un plan anual de 51 cuentas y queremos la devolución. Ya enviamos correo y ojalá tengamos suerte.

Printing Audio Transcripts

I have a link to a recording with an audio transcript recorded on the .gov platform with shared screen speaker view.

I want to create an audio transcript that I can print and read through and highlight while I am watching the meeting.

In the past, I have been able to cut and paste the text from the transcript into a google doc or a Word doc or a text doc. 

With this recording, I can copy a sentence or so at a time. The meeting is over 2 hours - and that is just not a good solution.

 

I have tried to cut and paste the transcript from 4 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) into Google docs, Word, and TextEdit. 


Is there a solution? 

My process is:

1.  cut and paste the audio transcript into a document

2. skim the transcript,

3. cut the sections I don’t need,

4. print the transcript,

5. read it through again, highlighting the sections I am interested in, 

6. watch the recording while reading along with the document.

Anyone know how to "fix" this waiting room issue I am having suddenly - after never having this issue - clients are able to bypass the waiting room - I used to have to accept them into the waiting room after being notified they were there - and automatically join existing client appointments. Both clients see each other and hear each other. I don't know what changed and don't know how to fix it and getting technical support on here apparently takes the blood of a virgin or a promise of my firstborn rights to get (obvious sarcasm but really?). Help! I have like a million meetings set up and this is a confidential breech

Hi guys please help. Ever since I got a new mac and downloaded zoom, I have had issues. Before I was able to see all the different options but I'm not sure what I did because no everytime I click screen share, it only directly shares my desktop and I see NO other options like "present" or "portion of screen" like all the basic/advance options are not even showing up.

As host, I start an attendance poll before others join. When participants join, they are presented with the poll. This works for most devices. However on some iPads and iPhones, they see a small message that says "The host has started a poll" which stays on their screen for about 2 seconds. They do not see the poll.

I have thoroughly tested using the latest updates.

Has anyone experienced this?

Is there a setting that needs to be changed on the participants device?

We hold a bigger zoom session in my office, and we like to hold our meetings in a breakout room. When bringing certain devices in that breakout room where we are holding our meetings, they are unable to start their video or unmute, it is like their device is frozen for them but are still able to hear. To resolve this issue, we have to have to move everyone back to the main session where they are able to unmute and start video. It becomes a big problem for us because we have to bring everyone back in that breakout room when we are done with that particular device. 

 

Has anyone had this issue before? and if so, was there a solution to this issue?
