Whenever I am put into a breakout room and return to the main session, I have no video of the other participants nor do they have video of me. In some cases the other participants have no audio or video of me, but we have audio of them. It is not feasible to restart multiple times during a conference to get the video to return to proper function. The video icon will not function when returning from a breakout room so it’s not a matter of simply remembering to turn the camera back on. Any help would be appreciated.

I know individuals can adjust their own microphone sensitivity, however it would be ideal to be able to adjust the volume level of individual participants. Some people come across as nearly screaming, while others are quiet as a mouse. It' difficult to continuously turn your volume up and down depending on who is speaking.

Frequently, after leaving a breakout session for the main meeting, audio and video will not respond to attempts to turn on or unmute. How can we resolve this?
I just signed up for Zoom Pro and tried to host a meeting by typing in the participant's email address and he never received the email invitation. I then added him to contacts and clicked INVITE which got sent to him. He clicked accept, and was giving a message saying that he cannot us the link to add friends (he is not a Zoom account holder). In my contacts, he shows as pending and it say awaiting approval. What am I doing wrong here?

HI all, I have zoom client app for Windows 11 installed Version: 5.16.10 (26186) I managed get it working clicking the Zoom background noise removal option in Audio Profile and setting that to Low. If I then select Original sound for musicans it seems to work. I hope that is useful for anyone else that sees this issue. I had assumed that Original Sound for Musicans would have no background noise removal.
I have an analogue mixer that I'm using to mix mic and electric guitar into a single L/R channel that is routed into my PC using WDM audio.
I've set my gain and mix set up correctly. The mix sounds perfect on my headphone monitors plugged into mixer.
I've verified that Windows is receiving the audio using the Recorder app - this records voice and guitar fine.
When I join a zoom call with Original Sound for Musicians enabled my voice is clear but the guitar is quite muffled - if I pick a single string this is heard but if I strum, the signal is lost. I hear the first tone but then it gets heavily muffled.
I've tried enabling Original Sound for musicans with all combinations of options. I've also tried Live Performance audio but this has no effect either.

I use my private email for my account and would like to keep that as my Zoom sign-on. I don't want this private email address identified on the participant registration confirmation email. I want to use a Gmail account for attendees interactions. I had designed a meeting template ages ago, but cannot see how to change the email contact under the calendar options. it says "Please submit any questions to .....". Any ideas on how to do this? Can it be done? Thanks in advance.

Can meetings list be presented in chronological order instead of alphabetical?
Hi.
I'm working in a classroom and I wish to show my students some of my Smartphone's applications. I work with a computer that is attached to a projector. After starting a meeting in Zoom on the computer, I send an invitation to my own Gmail account and I open it on my Smartphone. Then I share my Smartphone's screen. I want to show the Smartphone's screen by using the computer and projector. The only thing that is shown is my account photo. Although I enter an application on my Smartphone, the projector doesn't show it.
Not long ago it worked fine. What am I supposed to do to share the screen properly?
