Is there a setting to automatically SHOW non-video participants without having to do it manually when you start a meeting?
I had a zoom session this morning. I was host and had one participant. Near the end of the session I received notice that my client for my next zoom session was in waiting room. I ended with current client and admitted the next one. That client told me that while in the waiting room the screen name of the previous client was showing. (She told me the name and it was correct). I have never been told this before. I don't want person in waiting room to see who is in session before being admitted. How do I disable this? (I can't find any reference in knowledge base or on google.)

Hello,
I used to get notifications for every meeting 1 minute beforehand. I also get the ones individually scheduled per meeting like 10 mins or 15 mins before. Reminding me 10mins before a meeting is not helpful, I will have been pulled in 6 different directions within that 10 minutes and not log into my meeting. But the 1 minute notifications were great because I would never miss a meeting. I've tried going to settings > general and there is no toggle for 1 minute reminders (I guess there used to be). Anyone know I can get this functionality back??

Can I "remove" someone from a class/meeting during our break - and let them back into the meeting after our break? The "remove" option says that they cannot get back into the meeting. Is that just for that particular meeting or for the entire series of meetings (say 6 sessions). I just don't want them to be able to stay in Zoom while we are on a 10-minute break and have conversations with some of the other members (they have some issues...). But I want them to be able to come back into the Zoom meeting after our break (where they will be monitored).

how to automate zoom meeting live streaming on YouTube for a scheduled zoom meeting?
I had already had 2 webinars where the participants do not see the chat icon nor do they see that I have sent anything in it. I - as host - can see the chat icon and can send in messages. I have made sure that it says 'to everyone' and on the Zoom web portal I have also made sure that everything concerning the chat is on.
What else could be the problem here?

We are trying to find a solution regarding how can a visually impaired person can access the content shared on screen using screen readers like NVDA or zoomtext or other screenreaders
Is there an already existing zoom feature for the same or any other solution.

---- I have an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 with GeForce GTX 1650. I am a teacher, and I usually share my browser screen for my classes. However, a message started appearing over the Zoom tools. My students see a gray box that covers part of the screen, corresponding to the Zoom controls. And if I open, for example, Notepad, they will see a gray box over the part of the screen where I have the application open. I have tried many solutions offered online, but none work. This did not happen during the first months with my computer.
