Hello!  I use Momence scheduling  software integrated with Zoom.  We use Zoom to offer online yoga classes, and we have the classes set up to automatically send an email with the class recording link to anyone who was registered for class.  I need to edit the automated recording message, and Momence tells me this has to be done through Zoom.  I can't find anywhere to edit the message.  Can anyone help me with some insight?  Thank you!

When I send the Zoom invite to my clients, who are mostly seniors, they click the buttton to join the meeting that is for the host. Then Zoom wants them to login and it goes downhill from there. 

Down below is a small link for the attendee. 

How can I change that? So the center button is for the attendee and maybe a link below for a host? 

PS-Has zoom abandoned customer service at this point? There is no way to talk to them? Even via a chatbox?

Primera vez que tengo una dificultad... En una reunión ZOOM, COMPARTI PANTALLA y presente una presentación realizada en POWER POINT. Esta presentación contienen DOS VIDEOS, El primero se exhibe normal pero SIN SONIDO y el segundo no exhibe ningún problema. ¿Qué me podría sugerir para corregir este problema?

I recently got some new AirPods. Unfortunately I'm having trouble using them with Zoom: Allthough I have no problems connecting them with my laptop (Lenovo x1 carbon, Win10) and using them in other apps, in Zoom the audio output just won't work right.

Zoom gives me 3 different options for the Airpods as output device: "System (Earphones (AirPods Stereo))", "(Earphones (AirPods Stereo))" and "Earphones(AirPods Hands-Free AG Audio)". When I choose one of the first two and run a microphone test, the app says that there is an input signal, but the AirPods wont make any sound. When I choose option three there is a sound, but only in very bad quality so that I can barely understand anything... Using the AirPods as a microphone again works just fine.

Has anyone got an idea how I could fix this problem?

What happened to the Original sound for musicians button that was on Zoom? Now I have Workplace, (not that I asked for it!), the sound is a mess (it keeps breaking up) and I don't know how to tell my students to fix it. Ugh

With the latest update, when I open the desktop app, it won't let me connect unless I add my calendar and email, which I don't want to do. So I'm forced to use the web app. I don't want to do this. How can I get back to using the desktop app?
