webinar breakout room is not showing

we enabled webinar breakout rooms for both meetings and webinars. but when start a webinar, it does not show any settings which we could create breakout rooms

Hi, I have enabled zoom breakout rooms but it still dosnt show up when I start the webinar - could you please help?
