I would like to know if there is a way to set up an automation that integrates Zoom and Calendly, in such a way I can automatically email a Zoom cloud recording to the participant that attended the meeting, which was previously arranged via Calendly. For example, let’s say that client Jeff books a Zoom call through Calendly with Mary (the host of the meeting), he selected a spot in the calendar and provided his email address. After they have the call, the Zoom recording will be processed and Mary will get an email saying “Your cloud recording is ready” with the link to the source. Mary always has to send these cloud recordings manually via email to the clients she had the call with, but she would like to automate the process. With that in mind, is there any way that once these Zoom recordings are processed in Mary’s Zoom cloud, they can be automatically sent to the email address that Jeff used to book the call in Calendly? I guess this would be like a Zapier kind of thing, but I wanted to check in with Zoom Community to see if you guys can help out from your side. 

Also, I already wrote to Calendly... They said they do not have a feature that allows this, and suggested reaching out to Zoom Support to see if they have a feature that is compatible with what I am trying to accomplish.

Manually downloading numerous Zoom cloud recordings is a major pain point for users like myself, who often deal with limited storage space. This process is incredibly time-consuming and inefficient. Implementing a bulk download feature would solve this issue by allowing users to quickly and easily download multiple recordings at once. This would not only save us valuable time and effort but also free up storage space for other important data.

I am a therapist using zoom for client meetings. I have a long list of meetings, and have to search for my next meeting in a list that I cannot organize alphabetically or by time, or search for the next meeting. This slows me down when I have very little time between meetings. I would like to either be able to search or organize this list. Is there a solution?

I am using Zoom API on my website to allow people to schedule sessions and create automatic zoom meetings. When a meeting is created automatically it appears on the Zoom calendar, however it does not appear on the Microsoft calendar I synced my Zoom with. In order for it to appear, I had to go and manually edit the event in the Zoom calendar, when edited, the event now appear on the Microsoft calendar.

It is very inconvenient to have to jump to every scheduled session and edit it to see it in the calendar. How to make the automatic booking via API (not manually) also show up on Microsoft calendar ?

I have to send out invites for a zoom meeting to over 700 people. I have these contacts downloaded into my personal contacts on zoom. Is there a way to send the invite to the people in my personal contacts on zoom without having to copy the invitation and enter all the emails?

I am a therapist doing telehealth. I want to be able to organize the list of recurring no fixed time meetings I have so I can find them quickly and easily. How do I do this? It is possible on an iphone, but does not seem possible on a mac. What am I missing? Or could this feature be added?

In the Apple Vision Pro, when clicking on a URL of the form

https://us06web.zoom.us/j/MEETING?pwd=PASSWORD

the Zoom app opens but does not take me to that meeting.  It does so on other platforms including PC, iOS, and Android.  Trying to get around this by copy-pasting the MEETING and PASSWORD sections of the URL is nigh impossible.
