When sharing my screen to show some Powerpoint slides the viewers naturally see the slide and me in a small window. My problem is that I want to show a few slides, then revert to them seeing just me speaking and then repeat the process but if I pause the share the last slide stays up and I remain small. The only way I seem able to get myself back as the focus is to stop the presentation but then when I want to show more slides later it is a problem as i need to go through the whole share process again and as a result the presentation is not smooth and professional.

Is there a way to minimize the slide window and maximize my live feed and then when I again show a few more slides to minimize myself and show the presentation. Hope that is understandable

I'm using the free version of Zoom, and when I joined the meeting, I asked the host to record it, got permission, and recorded the meeting for 50 minutes. I ended the meeting, but the recording file was not converted to an mp4 file, and there were no files in the recording folder I changed. There are no files in the Zoom folder under the Documents folder either.

Last time, I recorded a meeting for 40 minutes and 27 seconds and the recording file was saved normally, but I don't know why it wasn't saved this time. How do I recover recorded files?

My HyperX Cloud Flight headset no long plays audio in Zoom.  It used to work fine, but now no audio plays when the headset is selected as the speaker.  It was working during a meeting when my cat walked across my keyboard and audio stopped.  Desktop speaker works for Zoom, but not the headset.  Headset works without issue with other programs such as Discord.

I was conducting a cloud recording as a Zoom co-host. Due to a connection issue, I got disconnected from Zoom, and when I rejoined, I lost my co-host privileges. Nevertheless, the recording indicator was still on, and since there was no cloud icon, it seems that it was recording locally. I immediately requested and regained the co-host privileges, and the cloud icon appeared again. The recording from the period when I did not have co-host privileges is not visible on my computer or Zoom account. How can I access it?

I am on Mac Mini 2023 with two monitors. On occasion, the video panel with the participants just disappears when I screen share, which is very frustrating. I have "use dual monitors" selected. This happens randomly without obvious reason.

For example, today I was in a Zoom session, and everything worked fine - could see the video panel while screensharing. I disconnected and reconnected to the same Zoom session, but when I screen shared, the video panel disappeared. Clicking on "show video panel" button did not do anything. I tried stopping and restarting screen share several times but did not fix it. I tried searching around different desktops but could not find the video panel. The only way I fixed this was to quit and restart Zoom and rejoin the meeting - fortunately this worked. Any ideas how to fix this?

We switched the owner for our zoom account.

I was the owner with my email and the license showed up with my email/profile.

The person was coming on board as owner had added himself and he was a basic member.

I went in and switched him to the owner and the licensed user.

It still shows me as an admin for some reason with type: basic.

Tonight a meeting I created that was a recurring event, gave a 40 min warning.

We have a paid account. 

How can i fix the meetings to not give the 40 minute warning now? I dont want to have to recreate them because it will change the zoom id.
