Error installing 5.14.5 on Sonoma 14.4.1 on Mac Studio

I cannot initiate a zoom session, I get a msg stating I need to upgrade to 5.14.5.

I am not able to install the zoom upgrade. It quits after not accepting my PW. I used this PW to upgrade my MBP with the same OS last week. I tried it now and it works on the MBP.  The PW is in the cloud w/Keychain and has not been changed. 

 

I do not see a support Board for this type of issue and any help would be appreciated

 

I am not sure how to work around this.

I tried to join zoom test site and was informed I need to upgrade the software to 5.14.5. When I tried to do that I got a message stating the installer encountered an error causing installation to fail and to  contact the software manufacturer for assistance.
