iPhone Calendar zoom update but PC zoom not

Copy list of participants on the call

This is a feature request.

 

I attend meetings that have 40+ participants, and we need to have a list of participants (grouped by company etc, parsed from the "name") for roll call during the meeting. I log in through the web UI on Linux, and noticed I can copy this list out for post-processing in a script. I heard folks that use the native Zoom app (on windows) do not have the option to select/copy this list.

 

Even on the web UI, selecting the list is not easy. If the list scrolls, the selections that have moved out of view are unselected! In other words, there is no way to just "select all" the list of participants.

 

Please consider implementing one of the following:

 

- Make it possible to select the entire list of participants, both in UI and app, for copy to clipboard, OR

- Add a UI element (button, entry under ... etc) to copy the list to clipboard

Unable to do local recording

Zoom on my laptop did an update as I opened it this morning and now I seem unable to do a local recording. I can record to the cloud as normal, but when I click on 'record to my computer' the setting box appears. It is almost like the update has set ... Show more

Zoom on my laptop did an update as I opened it this morning and now I seem unable to do a local recording. I can record to the cloud as normal, but when I click on 'record to my computer' the setting box appears. It is almost like the update has set the wrong link to the record button. Has anyone else had this issue or got a way to resolve it?

Resolved! Zoom freezes and keeps buffering during meeting

Zoom is not working in the mornings at around 10:00 am on to 11:00 am the presentation gets frozen and a waiting symbol appears and there is nothing to do to continue. I had to log out of Zoom several times and go back in just to to encounter the sam... Show more

Zoom is not working in the mornings at around 10:00 am on to 11:00 am the presentation gets frozen and a waiting symbol appears and there is nothing to do to continue. I had to log out of Zoom several times and go back in just to to encounter the same issue.

 

Zoom has to be able to handle the volume of users at certain times of the day.

After upgrading to macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) I now receive a privacy and security dialog at the end of each meeting: "zoom.us.app" would like to access data from other apps. 

There is no more detailed information regarding what data Zoom would like to access. 

Is this prompt localized to me, or are other users encountering it? Does anyone have more clarity on the sources and type of data Zoom is looking to access from other apps?

I can't fine participants in the waiting room

When I start my meeting and send an invitation link to my participant, my participant gets the screen message "waiting for the host to start the meeting", but I didn't receive any joining requests to accept them and let them join the meeting. I canno... Show more

 When I start my meeting and send an invitation link to my participant, my participant gets the screen message "waiting for the host to start the meeting", but I didn't receive any joining requests to accept them and let them join the meeting. I cannot let them in: Zoom doesn't see anyone there for me to let in. I even tried the option to leave the meeting, and to click on the link in the email message, but to no avail.

I enabled the waiting room from the security list in the zone meeting.
How can we solve this problem?
