Resolved! Can't share screen on Android tablet.

When I tap the Share icon on my Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ nothing happens. There is no error message but the screen does not share. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Aspect ratio not working

Hi!It is impossible for me to get the aspect ratio of my webcam right. The image always looks compressed from the sides, so to speak. No matter with setting I choose, it looks compressed. Tried changing setting of camera - not working. Tried ticking ... Show more

It is impossible for me to get the aspect ratio of my webcam right. The image always looks compressed from the sides, so to speak. No matter with setting I choose, it looks compressed. Tried changing setting of camera - not working. Tried ticking all the different boxes in Zoom. Nothing works. When I tick the "Original ratio"-box, I get black stripes on either side of the picture. When I untick it, the stripes go away, but then the picture is only zoomed in - not normal, so it still looks compressed. Ticking or unticking "HD" makes no difference. 

Hope someone will be able to help me! 😃

I have been testing the new Screen share presenter view and noticed the following odd behavior.

When I exit screen sharing my video is no longer mirrored even though my settings say that my video should be mirrored.

There is an easy work around to return my video to mirrored mode (toggle the setting in Video Settings) but this could cause disorientation for people who use this feature.

Could this be fixed so that the behavior is the expected behavior of returning to mirrored video?

No tenia problemas para iniciar Reuniones via Zoom, sin embargo hace un semana cuando introduzco el ID personal de la Reunión y hago clic en "Entrar", la sala no se abre ni se inicia la sesión. Tampoco aparece el cuadro de dialogo " Abrir zoom meetings" mostrado en el navegador. Sigo la siguiente instrucción que es "Iniciar Reunión" dando clic a esta opción, y se queda sin responder lo solicitado. NO se abre la sala, simplemente es como si no hubiera cliqueado.

Agradeceré la ayuda de parte de quien haya o tenga un problema similar y haya encontrado solución.

I have two different Bluetooth headsets, and for both of them if I set the Zoom microphone to be the Bluetooth mic (either directly or "Same as System"), then the audio does not play through the BT headphones (nor the computer speakers). The only way I've found to have the Zoom audio go through the Bluetooth headphones is to set the Zoom mic to be the one from my computer. Has anyone else experienced this, and found a solution so you can use both the mic and the headphones for Bluetooth headsets?

 

I'm running Zoom on Windows 10, on a Surface Pro 7.

I'm having major issues preventing me to use zoom on my brand new PC (Alienware X15 r2), where the audio driver is crashing as soon as I try to use computer audio ( see screenshot). I have tried: 
- Updating to latest and using older driver versions - FAIL 

- different audio devices - FAIL

- older zoom versions - FAIL 

- different conferencing app ( Skype, discord) - PASS, but doesn't solve my problem  😉 

 

Any suggestion is welcome...

I'm trying to figure out a way that Zoom settings (enable HD, select a particular video source, audio source, certain other settings) that will be applied to all Windows profiles? As in, when any user signs into the PC, the settings are carried over from 1 person to the next? Maybe like an XML file or something? Or can this only be done with InTune?

I am a Zoom pro member.

When I started a scheduled Zoom meeting, a pop-up appeared that stated something like: "  Recording started in the cloud". The meeting ended about 90minutes later.

When retrieving the recording, only the last 30% or so of the meeting had actually recorded.

We never logged off at any stage, or paused the recording or changed anything.

Any suggestions as to why this happened and if it could the first section be retrieved?
