Bluetooth headphones won't connect after Zoom update (MacOs)

I am on MacOS Sonoma. Bluetooth headphones are connected to my computer, which I double confirmed by playing Spotify & Youtube which goes to my headphones. However, when I open Zoom, no sound comes out and no one can hear me via my Bluetooth headphon...
