ALL of my scheduled meetings disappeared

I was editing my recurring meetings this morning. I hit save from my phone. When I went on my laptop to send a reminder to all of the registrants, every meeting I've hosted has disappeared, both from PREVIOUS and SCHEDULED. 

I pay for my account yet I've discovered that Live Chat isn't an option. 

I have a meeting this evening. Does anyone have a solution?
Otherwise, I have to begin again and schedule new meetings.

Question about scheduled meetings and calendars

Is there any way, as a guest / participant of a pre-scheduled meeting, to add the meeting and its link that I already have received to my PC Zoom app without connecting my calendar? If not, there really should be. There is no good reason not to allow... Show more

Is there any way, as a guest / participant of a pre-scheduled meeting, to add the meeting and its link that I already have received to my PC Zoom app without connecting my calendar? If not, there really should be. There is no good reason not to allow us to paste the existing link into the app and have it generate a reminder.

Zoom Client for Linux on Apple silicon

Hi,

I am trying to install Zoom client for Linux (Fedora), but my Linux runs on a Mac with Apple Silicon, via Parallel Desktop.

I am unable to find a suitable install file. Is it supported yet?

Any hints?

Recording file is empty

I bought a new Mac. Even though the recording is on- the recording file is empty and the recording is not saved.

Ease Attendance Integration

Hi @Anonymous I have trouble integrating the Zoom account with the Ease Attendance. I don't what the problem is. "You cannot authorize Ease Attendance."  What to do to integrate to track my participant's attendance.

I have a Logiteck 4k webcam for my presentations on Zoom, I need to share my screen, and I want my interlocutors to see the TV screen behind me, except that on Zoom, everything behind me is blurry due to auto focus.

I specify that the “blur my background” option is deactivated and I also specify that on the Logitech software when I do the test, there is no blur like on Zoom.

How can I permanently remove this blur behind me please?

'Launch Zoom' button fails on Lenovo tablet

All of a sudden nothing happens when I hit 'launch Zoom' button on my Lenovo tablet.  Have cleared cookies and restarted tablet and reinstalled zoom but no improvement.  Any ideas plz?

Password change

I've been trying to change my password.. Everytime I try, it tells me that  I'm typing the old password wrong..I even got a message locking me out because I tried so many times. Any advice?  I'll keep trying

Allow a user to schedule meetings for others

Hi,

how can I allow a user to schedule and edit meetings for other users?

 

I don't want to set the role MANAGER for that user, I need to know what specific setting or permission I have to set.
