How do we communicate buggettes ?

With the latest change to the Edit Meeting function, when just changing the scheduled DATE for a meeting, the existing scheduled times for the meeting are not respected, but the end time is always changed to be 30 mins after the start time, no matter what the scheduled length of the meeting was.   Really irritating.
