Hi guys

have a very odd issue with Zoom and webcam, when I'm in a meeting my webcam has a line going through it and i can't turn on the webcam, but if i go to settings i can see the webcam working fine with no issue webcam works in Teams and Camare app with no issue

also  the website ver of Zoom the webcam works fine with no issue just in the app ver it does not work 

any ideas did the basic unstill and reinstall still no go  

This is basic question but the Zoom Chatbot can't answer it for me

I am the admin on my paid Zoom account. When we have a Zoom session going, I want  any participant to be able to share their screen. Currently I have to enable that setting during each call, which slows things down as I shuffle about to do this.

Is there a way to enable  anyone to share their screen as the default?

I had a reoccuring meeting set up with a specific Meeting ID.  The time frame ended and now I'm looking to set up more reoccuring meetings with the same specific meeting id.  I tried setting up reoccuring meetings, but they seem to issue me a new meeeting id.  How can i use my orginal meeting id?

Can I see all my login history on zoom (my past logins with ip adresses report or smth) on a free account? Problem is I was logged out of zoom on my desktop which never happened before. I only use zoom on ONE device. Its connected to my google. Google was not compromised. I checked in profile settings it only shows my device. but is it possible to see the report on previous logins?

For some reason, our meeting invitations are not showing a phone number to call into.  It used to and now it doesn't, so either a setting got switched off during an upgrade so something is really wrong with our account.  Where can I go to see if there is a button or tab that needs to be turned on?  And if it does need to be turned on, will the already created meeting link show the phone number if I copy or email the invitation?  Thanks!

I find the live transcipt feature very useful during our calls. I don't usually make an audio recording of calls.

But when the conversation is finished, I usually have to wait until everybody has signed out and then shuffle about to find the transcript,  then open it, then view it in folder and then save it in a relevant directory on my computer.  If I exit the call myself as the host, there does not seem to be way to find the transcript. 

My method seems clumsy and wasteful. Is there a better/faster way to do this and can I do it after the call is completed.

this is so frustrating - it used to be easy to get zoom help now it is the worst system I have ever tried to access.

i was just in a meeting where we could hear the host but the host could hear none of the participants even though

we were unmuted. She is elderly which is why i am trying to help her work out the issue.

is it something in her settings or any suggestions?

We recently had an issue with a host joining a Zoom meeting. Our administrator scheduled a meeting and assigned a host. This meeting required registration. When the host attempted to join the meeting the registration form opened up.  After completing the registration form, the individual was informed that they could not join because they were the host. They attempted to sign out of Zoom and rejoin but had no success. Fortunately, another individual with host privileges was able to join and sent an invite link directly from within the meeting, which allowed the host to access the meeting. Any thoughts on why this occurred and what can be done to prevent this? I appreciate your help!

I cannot initiate a zoom session, I get a msg stating I need to upgrade to 5.14.5.

I am not able to install the zoom upgrade. It quits after not accepting my PW. I used this PW to upgrade my MBP with the same OS last week. I tried it now and it works on the MBP.  The PW is in the cloud w/Keychain and has not been changed. 

I do not see a support Board for this type of issue and any help would be appreciated

I am not sure how to work around this.
