When I uploaded my Zoom FB Live to the cloud, I played it back and it kept switching back and forth between my and my guest. Then I uploaded the same video from FB and when I played it back it showed both of us on screen. Why was there a difference? Is there a setting I forgot to use? I usually don't upload to cloud so never had that happen before. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @DebraW.
I'm not actually following what went where and when. But there are multiple things going on at different times, and each has its own way of doing things. Sometimes this does indeed result in a different look from one "thing" to the next.
The local and cloud recordings made by Zoom are composed after the meeting ends. from videos grabbed during the meeting. There is some information passed along in the recording files which allows the composition software to make decisions on what to put where, plus there are options for Speaker and Gallery views to be recorded separately.
The Live-Stream output is composed "on the fly", and somewhat depends on whether the host has Speaker or Gallery view displayed on his/her monitor.
So there will be a difference between the two in many cases. As with most Zoom things, I highly recommend testing variations in recording settings, number of people present and/or spotlighted, speaker vs gallery view, etc., until you get what you're looking for. In most cases, I grab all of the various independent video files in a Cloud Recording (including separate audio for each attendee) and compose the video I want outside of Zoom. It's the only way to get what you really want.
