This security option was turned on for all members in our organization's account:Require that all meetings are secured with one of the following security options: a passcode, Waiting Room, or "Only authenticated users can join meetings". If no security option is enabled, Zoom will secure all meetings with Waiting Room. However, I am seeing all of my meeting participants end up in waiting room, even though my passcode is turned on. However, I am seeing all of my meeting participants end up in waiting room, even though my passcode is turned on.

I am having this same issue. I am using a passcode embeded into the URL and it is putting a wait room.
