Breakout rooms

Hello, I am trying to modify my account so that i can add or delete meeting rooms after i have opened the other meeting rooms. It says online that "This option must be enabled by Zoom". How do i get this option to be enabled by Zoom - it gives me no options and the chat bot is not able to respond to the question.
