Why can't the new owner see all meetings scheduled for licensed members.  The previous owner could pull up meetings from their profile, change the search to "ALL" and see all meetings scheduled.  They could even start these meetings for the hosts if needed.  What are we missing for the new owner to be able to do this?

I recently upgraded my zoom account to Zoom One business. I am hosting a webinar on zoom Monday and Tuesday.  The links were created before I upgraded. I have over 100 people attending each session. I want to ensure that the upgrade is applied to previously created meetings (prior to the upgrade) and that all of those attendees will not have an issue getting in!

 

Do I have to do anything to ensure that the 100 people can join the meeting. 

 

I am usuing just a regular zoom meeting.  Should I do a webinar instead?

meeting date displays on home tab vs dates on meetings tab

Why are the meeting date displayed on home tab one day before the dates of the meeting dates on the meetings tab?  

How to get an account for speakers that are different each month.

I run a nonprofit and we have different speakers run sessions each month. How can I create a second account so that our speakers can start the session? It is a different person each month and we only use it once or twice a month.

Hey team zoom.  For some reason I cannot connect to any meetings - when clicking into a meeting (or even a test session on the website), it opens the app, then times out with a message of "cannot connect, please ensure proxy, no firewall, etc".  

 

Network is plenty fast, no VPNs running.  Am on a Macbook Air running Sonoma (but wouldn't work on previous OS either).

My Client cannot connect to audio or video for my call but when they join other Zoom calls it works

Hello, when my client (based in UK) joins my (based in South East Asia) call, his mic and video does not work. He is unable to turn on video and/or hear us. We are unable to hear him as well. However, the call works for other people on our team. 

 

However, when he joins other calls (in Europe), the audio and video function on Zoom works for him. 

 

May I check if this is a regional issue and if there are any ways we can work around this?

unlinking two zoom accounts

I somehow have my work email linked to my personal zoom account. It's making it where I have a 40 minute limit on my meetings. I need to unlink my work email from my personal account but haven't found a way to do that. Help!

 

Required registration link sometimes works, more often doesn't -- why?

I set up an event with required registration.  I see from the  social media metrics interface that at least 300 people have clicked to register, yet no one has succeeded in registering :-(.   When I and others test the zoom link, it sometimes go to the registration page, and sometimes go to "If you are the host, please start the meeting" page,even if it's 1st time someone is on the link. 

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? and more importantly, how to solve this issue?
