Optionally invite

Hi,

I am using the Zoom client on Mac and when I create a new scheduled call I'd like to be able to tentatively/optionally invite colleagues who can attend if they are able. I can't see any way of doing that when it creates the invite in Outlook?

Any thoughts?

This comes down to the scheduling software you use rather than Zoom itself. You could use APIs to designate certain invitees as optional on your Zoom invite. If you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you send Zoom invitations including to optional attendees.
