Hello, I need to create a Zoom meeting for a virtual conference that lasts a total of 4 days. I also require a registration option so that only individuals who have registered for the conference will gain access. The conference will commence at different time slots on different days: the first day at 4 pm, the second day at 10 am, and the last day at 11 am.

The issue I'm encountering is that when I choose a recurring meeting, it always starts at the same time, which could be confusing for individuals receiving the email with the link. However, if I opt for the "No Fixed Time" option, the registration feature becomes inactive.

Is there a possibility to specify a different start time for each day while still maintaining the registration option?

Thank you!
Alexander

I followed the directions on how to delete a recurrent meeting, but I believe those instructions are for when you created the meeting. In this case I did not create them and in fact told the person I cannot attend and now I have these recurrent meeting for the next 52 weeks. I want to delete them, but Zoom gives no option. Hovering does not work and when i click on it, the only to options are Join or Chat with Everyone. I called zoom they would not help me. Please help me if you can..this is very frustrating because whether I created the meetings or not I should be able to delete. ALSO, the other host deleted the recurrent meeting in effort to help me and I STILL cannot delete them.

When version 5.5.12 installed, on mac OS sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71) a keychain error popup appeared: "A keychain cannot be found to store 'Zoom".

It's since returned every 2 hours or so for the last 5 days. I've tried:

1. Choosing cancel in the popup

2. Choosing reset keychains in the popup

3. Using the 'uninstall zoom' option in the dropdown from the app itself- zoom reinstalled itself about an hour later.

4. Using `brew install --cask zoom` , `brew uninstall --cask zoom` to try using the brew install manager to uninstall- zoom reinstalled itself about an hour later.

5. Following this guide to recursively remove all identified zoom files- zoom reinstalled itself about an hour later.
6. Giving up on uninstalling zoom, manually opening 'keychain access' on mac and deleting all keychains with 'zoom' in the name- got the keychain error popup about an hour later.

I should say I tried all this repeatedly while removing zoom's permissions to use notifications and make background installs, through the mac OS settings, but those preferences kept getting ovewritten and set back to 'on', presumably as part of whatever package is reinstalling zoom regularly.

Beyond doing a complete clean install of the mac OS, is there anything that I can try to remove zoom from my machine? I've had a half dozen people in my company saying they're also having infinite pop-ups. Why is zoom behaving like malware?

Hi,

I have been experiencing an issue where I am unable to connect to the sound on my computer or Bluetooth headphones. I receive an error message on the microphone icon and I am unable to switch to a different audio source. I am using a MAC computer and the audio works perfectly fine on my iPhone. Have you or anyone else encountered a similar issue?

Hello,

I have an MSI gf63 laptop with i5 11th gen 4.5Ghz, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD.

In recent days zoom was struck and it gave a 'zoom is not responding error' message.

So I restarted Zoom then worked correctly again. It doesn't work continuously until the end of my meetings.

How can I solve this issue?

I have important meetings at next week.

I want to fix this as soon as possible.

Dear Zoom Community,

I hope this message finds you well. As an educator using Zoom for remote teaching, I have encountered an issue regarding screen sharing that I am seeking assistance with.

I have been attempting to share the screen of an education site with my students during Zoom meetings, but unfortunately, many of them are unable to see the shared screen. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot the problem, it persists, causing disruptions to our online learning sessions.

Could you please provide guidance on how to effectively share the screen of an external education site with students in Zoom meetings? I have ensured that my Zoom client is up to date, and I have followed the recommended steps for screen sharing, but the issue persists.

Any insights or suggestions you can offer to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to ensure seamless communication and engagement during our virtual classes, and your assistance in addressing this matter would be invaluable.
