Pronouns not displaying

When I launch a Zoom meeting, my pronouns appear after my name. When I join another person's Zoom meeting, the pronouns do not appear. How do I fix this?

Do you have the option set to "always display your pronouns"?

Was the other person's meeting a meeting or webinar?

Meeting. What is odd is that I just had another Zoom call scheduled by the other person and the pronouns displayed. My meeting earlier today and two days ago, the pronouns did not display.

My Zoom is updated and I have checked to "always display pronouns" but it is not working in any Meetings I attend. I'm tired of having to change my name manually for every, single meeting.
