I have a laptop with an i7 processor and I can't change the backgrounds.  I'm using the desktop version because since July 10th, the APP version doesn't work on my laptop.  Everyone says to click your photo in the upper right to see "settings" but I don't have that option when I click my photo.  I've heard of others users with the same issue but so far there's no posted solution.  Is anyone able to help?   This all started near July 10th and it's still not working.

 

Please help!

Can I record a 4 hour meeting/workshop to the cloud with my Zoom Workplace Pro account?

 

I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

 

I currently have 5GB of storage a month - any advice you can give me would be great!

Meeting Capacity

We upgraded our account on Jul 26 to accommodate 500 participants in a meeting we held today.  However, when we reached 100 participants could no longer join.  What did we do wrong?

Hello ZOOM Community.  I am needing help on creating breakout rooms while already in a breakout room.  Example...I have created 3 breakout rooms for different employee roles, then I want to breakout those rooms into even smaller rooms for discussion.  And these rooms will  open at different times during the meeting.  Any suggestions?

I am trying to share my iPad screen in a Zoom meeting on my laptop.  I click on the 'double-screen' on my iPad and find the Zoom link, but it times out and displays a message that says "AirPlay - Unable to connect....".  I've updated to the latest Zoom version on all devices, tried it using my iPhone instead, but still get the same message.  I have also powered down and restarted all devices.  Need help to figure out how to get past this issue.  TIA!

Freezing issues once I enter a meeting.

Hi, I am using the desktop app on my MAC desktop. I am able to use the invitation link to enter the meeting. I am able to join the waiting room. When the host starts the meeting I am able to see and hear the gallery. I can see my video in the gallery... Show more

Hi, I am using the desktop app on my MAC desktop. I am able to use the invitation link to enter the meeting. I am able to join the waiting room. When the host starts the meeting I am able to see and hear the gallery. I can see my video in the gallery but my audio is muted even though I have it set to not be muted when I enter a meeting  I am then unable to click on anything- audio, video, chat, etc. I can’t even close the window. All freezes but I can still view and hear everyone else in the meeting . I have reinstalled the app but that didn’t help. 
I am enrolled in a class and this is causing huge problems. Any suggestions? Thx so much.

I faced an issue with presentation (share desktop) by Cisco products (SX80, Jabber).

 I start the Zoom Meeting, to Zoom meeting connected 1,2_PC with Zoom Workplace app and connected 3_Jabber client over SIP Cloud Room Connector.

1st step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber don't see the shared desktop.

2nd step, 3_Jabber client share the own desktop, 1,2 PC see the 3_Jabber shared desktop.

3rd step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber see the shared desktop.

4rd step, 3_Jabber exit from Zoom meeting and join again, there is no visibility share/shared desktop to/from 3_Jabber client, until make 1-3 steps.

 

What could be the problem, has anyone encountered such a problem ?

Priority Screensharing with multiple shares

When using multiple screen shares, the latest share always comes to the fore. How can I prevent this so that the same views are always visible and this does not change? Is there any setting I have to set?

Hello, after updating to Windows 11, my Zoom client won't launch or rather won't operate. According to my task manager, the client is started but I can't start/participate in a meeting nor see the app.

I have already tried reinstalling the app and deleting the browser plugin.

Is there anyone who knows this problem and may be able to help?

Hi guys! I've been having an isssue with Zoom on Windows 11. It only starts just after the install but once i exit it, it never wants to start again. I tried everything, running it as an administrator, various fixes i found on the internet but nothing seems to make it work. Also i found out, that it works perfectly fine on the administrator account on the same computer. The only way to use it is to uninstall and reinstall it every time i need it, which is getting kinda annoying. Hope someone had a similar problem and knows how to fix it 🙂
