Help! 

 

I have tried everything: 

- uninstall and reinstall

- audio test (correct  - only - speakers and volume up to 100%)

- Clearing cache

- checking permissions

- adjusting computer audio settings (various...remind me)

 

This is only happening on my new laptop. When I sign into my old one it works fine. 

 

What the issue it: 

When I test speakers, you basically can't hear anything. When I put my head really close to the computer, I can hear the very very faint ring tone. Computer audio is on. Sometimes it makes a brief sound or crack before going quiet. The microphone test works perfectly. 

 

Any ideas?

The new computer is a ASUS Zenbook pro.

Portrait Filter

When the new upgrades got loaded I choose to have a "portrait" type of filter added to my camera view. It's like the blurred background but not as intense. I'd like to turn that off but I don't know where to do it. Any suggestions? Show more

Using Teams over Zoom

We have a recurring meeting with another company that they only use Teams. We have all our meeting rooms setup as Zoom Rooms. We have setup Teams to run through Zoom, however the other company does not allow anonymous/guest logins. Whenever we go to ... Show more

We have a recurring meeting with another company that they only use Teams. We have all our meeting rooms setup as Zoom Rooms. We have setup Teams to run through Zoom, however the other company does not allow anonymous/guest logins. Whenever we go to join it allows us and then quickly disconnects us. 

 

My belief is this happens due to the room not being named. Is there a way to have our teams room meeting named? or be seen as not anonymous?

I am experiencing an issue with accessing my recordings and transcriptions in Zoom. When I navigate to the Recordings & Transcriptions section from the left menu, the page never loads, making it impossible for me to manage or delete my recordings.

 

I have already tried:

• Clearing my browser cache and cookies

• Using different browsers and devices

• Restarting my internet connection

 

Despite these attempts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this so I can access my recordings?

Clicking anything audio kicks me out the window

When ever i join a meeting without audio, it will load up fine. If i join the audio, it closes the meeting window forcing me out the meeting. If i go to the settings menu and open the audio tab, it closes the settings window. This is making the app b... Show more

When ever i join a meeting without audio, it will load up fine. If i join the audio, it closes the meeting window forcing me out the meeting. If i go to the settings menu and open the audio tab, it closes the settings window. This is making the app basically useless. The web app seems a bit buggy at times, so any advice would welcomed. Hello all,

 

I am hoping someone can help me.  I am using a Rodecaster Pro 2, connected with a Shure SM7B microphone, and the Rodcaster Pro2 is connected via usb c in port 1, directly to my macbook.  when i run the tests, I am on Rodecaster Pro 2 Chat, and all the checks work flawlessly, as soon as i get on a call, neither myself nor my audience can hear me.  I end up having to shutdown and go directly into my airpods for speaker and microphone.  Does anyone have a fix for this?  Thank you.  Yes, I have checked mute everytime and I am not muted and neither is my audience.

"Request Remote Control" button is missing. I've reinstalled the software. Checked the settings and it's set properly. 

How do I do gain the ability to request remote control?
