Lost All Access to My Surveys

I am using the Zoom free services that once included surveys. I no longer see a survey management option and all my surveys have disappeared. Please advise.

Resolved! This Meeting Has Been Ended By Host

I have reported this problem for numerous times but there is no any customer support or solution given. I subscribed the Pro Account since last April, it's really annoying and unsatisfying as I have to CANCELLED the meetings I scheduled before! Pleas... Show more

I have reported this problem for numerous times but there is no any customer support or solution given. I subscribed the Pro Account since last April, it's really annoying and unsatisfying as I have to CANCELLED the meetings I scheduled before! Please solve this issue as soon as possible before I completely disappointed in ZOOM!

Hello! Over the past few weeks I've struggled a couple of times where zoom meetings I have scheduled (in Outlook with the Zoom plug in) have then not allowed me to start the meeting. 

I have been stuck in a waiting room waiting for the 'host' to start the meeting, along with the other attendees. But I am the host? 

I have tried logging in to Zoom newly but otherwise not sure what I can do here.

 

This isn't happening with all my zoom meetings but most of them. Any ideas why?

BAJA RESOLUCION GRABACION A 640x360

Saludos a todos. Siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels. La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baj... Show more

Siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x  pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels.

 

La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baja calidad cuando desde mis equipos 

 

1.- No he cambiado ninguna variable de HD

2.- La reunion del domingo la primera si me grabo a 720P pero cuando paro la grabación y pongo a grabar la segunda en la nube, cuando voy a bajarla me sale recording_640x360.mp4

Hago pruebas de ancho de banda y todo bien, con test de subidas y bajadas 400 megas en total.

No es por ancho de banda, andemas de una reunion a otra solo paramos 15 minutos, paré la primera grabacion para que se quedara renderizando en la nube, y puse a gabar una segunda a los 15 minutos.

 

Pero esta ultima me bajó la la calidad de mala manera.

Alguien mas le ha pasado?

 

CUANDO ME DESCARGO EL VIDEO VIENE CON ESTA RESOLCUION BAJA. ME PUEDEN DAR AYUDA POR QUE? NO HE HECHO NINGUN CAMBIO. QUIEN GENERA EL VIDEO ES EL OBS A 1920X1080

I tried to troubleshoot everything regarding this topic. My iPhone doesn't show as a select option when opening zoom desktop. I remember one time it worked and it showed but now it doesn't. So far i have

  • Deleted and reinstalled Zoom Desktop
  • Checked continuity settings in iPhone (everything is on)
  • Restarted both devices.

HDR on Windows causes screen share to be washed out

If I enable HDR in Windows 10 (now on Windows 11), when I share my screen the view is washed out for recipients. Simple issue, but it sucks not to be able to use HDR. I don't feel like switching all the time, and I screen share every day for work. Is... Show more

Livestreaming to Facebook GROUPS now requires Custom RTMP

Facebook has stopped live-streaming to Facebook Groups from any application as of today.  This includes Zoom's built-in  integration to livestream to Facebook.  Note: You should still be able to livestream to other Facebook endpoints -- just not to Groups.

 

Zoom did not make this change; it was made by Meta/Facebook.  This change was made by the implementation of Version 19.0 of the Facebook Graph API, which was released January 23, 2024, and became effective today, April 22, 2024.

To livestream to a Facebook Group, you must now use the Custom RTMP method of connecting a livestream.  See this Zoom Support article for information on how to do this from Zoom:

Unfortunately, this option requires a Licensed/paid account. Please note that I’m a Zoom Customer just like many of you. I don’t make the rules! If you’re a Basic user, your option to live-stream from Zoom to Facebook Groups at the moment is to upgrade to a Pro license. Consider streaming from OBS which is free and has the Custom RTMP capability built in without restriction. (info added here 25 April 2024)

 

References in Zoom documentation to being able to livestream to Facebook no longer include the ability to stream to Facebook Groups from the Zoom-Facebook integration.
