Is there a way to automatically export meeting data, comparing invited guests with actual participants, without using VLOOKUP in Excel? Maybe via API or another automated method?

You can use a VLOOKUP to compare registrants to actual participants. If you want to automate this you could use APIs to programmatically compare the two datasets. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that automatically compares participants to registrants and generates a combined report for you letting you know who attended.
