Is there a way, when scheduling Zoom meetings through Zoom Workplace, to ensure that if the invitation is sent to multiple recipients, each person's email address remains private and is not visible to the other participants? Essentially, I want to know if there's a feature or setting that allows sending invitations without exposing everyone's email addresses to the entire group.

Hi,
You can look into manually creating separate Outlook invites for each attendee so their emails are not visible to others

I was hoping to minimize additional work, as we schedule hundreds of Zoom meetings each week with anywhere from 2 to 4 participants. Due to the nature of our work, email addresses are considered personally identifiable information (PII).

You will need to create an Outlook invite for each attendee or send BCC calendar invites. If you want to automate this and avoid having to do extra work there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that sends BCC calendar invites when scheduling Zoom meetings so that emails are hidden from other participants. This will let you send invitation without exposing anyone's email address.
