Playing a .webm video file in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) while sharing screen causes crash

Experience this issue myself and confirmed with multiple users and browsers, they all report Zoom crashing and restarting if they are sharing their screen while playing a .webm file in their browser. Its very odd but frustrating!

when attending a zoom meeting on my iphone, can i select a telephoto lens instead of the 1x lens

I would love to use my iphone telephoto lens occasionally to share something of interest in the environment.  Is this possible?

Resolved! Not recording 2 separate audio files despite my setting- urgent, please help

It only gives me one audio file with a local recording which is really frustrating, I seem to have all the right details up, am I missing something? This is essential to sort for me with my podcast!

Can't hear until I log out and back in

When I log in to zoom, I successfully test my my audio.  However, when another participant joins the call they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them until I log out and log back in.  This happens evertime. I am using Windows 11.  Can anyone advise?  Thx

shared screen audio cuts out

I have a new computer running windows 11. I attend a regular meeting run by someone using zoom professional. I can hear and speak with no difficulty until they share screen when all sound cuts out, and I can't hear anything, although the other people... Show more

I have a new computer running windows 11.  I attend a regular meeting run by someone using zoom professional.  I can hear and speak with no difficulty until they share screen when all sound cuts out, and I can't hear anything, although the other people in the meeting can.

Resolved! Importing Zoom Meeting into Outlook

I use Outlook for work. I am on a Macbook with the new Outlook application. When I schedule a meeting in Zoom, it opens Outlook so I can invite people to the meeting, however, I get the following error message within Outlook. "There was an issue and ... Show more

I use Outlook for work. I am on a Macbook with the new Outlook application. When I schedule a meeting in Zoom, it opens Outlook so I can invite people to the meeting, however, I get the following error message within Outlook.

 

"There was an issue and your file(s) cannot be imported."

 

I can't actually send an invite to people so no one can accept/deny the invite. I have to copy and paste the meeting into an email. This also causes an issue as it does not sync on anyone's calendar. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this a Zoom problem or an Outlook issue?

trim cloud recording

I trimmed a cloud recording today. But I made mistake and then I cannot revert back to the original recording. The remark said I can recover within 30 days, but I cannot find any clue to recover it.

I have a Zoom pro account. I want to Allow start meeting with Host Key. I've already enabled "Allow participants to join anytime."

 

The Settings page says "The administrator has locked this setting and you cannot change it. All of your meetings will use this setting."

 

As the owner of the account, arent' I the administrator? How do I change this?
