Can you easily setup a recurring weekly meeting with a different meeting Id each week?
I tried to get an annual subscription trough its website through Wise a money transfer company that they use. The first payment was cancelled and returned to me and when I tried to do it again. I was advised by Zoom to contact Wisem, which I did, and they told me that I have to pay into zoom's account and I did that. I have yet to get the services I paid for or a refund. The suppor center is just god awful, they constantly hang up on you and even deleted my tickets that had been opened for over a week.

We have Zoom Workplace Pro. We are able to schedule the longer meetings, as expected with this plan, however, we are unable to schedule a meeting to begin on the quarter hour. We can only schedule on the hour, or half hour. Is this a bug, or is there a setting, or a special trick to be able to schedule at 6:15 pm or 6:45 pm?

Hi, I teach via zoom and need to use a drum or rattle, when I do participants can not hear the drum clearly, it either cuts out some of drumming or the sound is dreadful. I have checked zoom settings and use the muscian on for sound but this does not make any difference. So if this is not sorted I will have to use some other platform. any ideas to help make my drum zoom work ?

Dear all I am hosting a webinar for therapists. One of us wants to do a demo-session: so I will have to get all participants to view three persons at once that are all online and not at the same place - Virtually it would mean that three screens are viewed at once by the group. Is that possible and if so, how do I do this. I searched the internet but could not find it? Is there a tutorial on this? Hopefully someone can help me out! Thanks Anneke

I'm working with a client, and we are trying to record the screensharing of 7-10 participants per session. However, when we check the recordings, it only shows one recording, which captures the screen of the active speaker. I'm unsure how to resolve this and have been trying to figure it out in the settings but can't find a solution.

Hi. Thanks for taking my question. As the host during a webinar and while a panelist is screen sharing with video, I view the presentation in Side-by-Side. Is it possible for the cloud recording to recoding this view? Is there a complication if I also have transcription turned on? Thanks for your help. Peter

I teach online full-time. On Monday, 9/10 at around 6 pm, there was a failure to connect. Zoom buffered indefinitely. My internet connection was fine because I was able to do searches in Google and on Edge. I had to cancel the class. I had been working on the laptop (hp intel core i7) all day. I had even had a Zoom training that morning. There is nothing wrong with the computer. I had a Zoom training meeting this morning. I would like to know if anyone else experienced an outage or glitch or whatever you want to call it, on Monday, 9/10 at around 6 pm. What should I do to troubleshoot in the future? How should I handle it? Cancelling is really not a good way handle the situation. Thank you for your help. Nicole PS: I work for an agency, so we have a business account. Error Code: It just said, "waiting for host", I think. I don't remember an error code. Troubleshooting: I checked my internet connection, refreshed. Logged out of the meeting and restarted it. Closed all other tabs.
