I have a paid license.  I'm scheduling a meeting with myself as the host.  When the meeting starts, I want to make one of the participants, who has a basic (unpaid) license the host and I want to leave the meeting.  My question is this:  will the meeting end after 40 minutes because the basic license is now the host, or will be continue after 40 minutes because it was scheduled and started by me with a paid license?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Virtual background without greenscreen not working

But... Virtual background without greenscreen is not working.

(fyi,  Teams / Google meets virtual backgrounds both work perfect).

 

Function is turned on in web zoom settings.

I've been asked to setup a way that my sales teams managers can view all their demo recordings that are currently stored in Cloud Recordings. In my mind because we use Salesforce the ideal way to do this would be to get the cloud recordings (or their respective links) into Salesforce associated to the event that are driving them. It doesn't seem like the Zoom <-> Salesforce integration provides this feature (although I'm not seeing much documentation, so I could be mistaken). So I'm looking for thoughts or suggestions on how to accomplish this, or I'm open to other ways to open access of one Zoom groups recordings to another Zoom group.

Unable to register participants for my meeting.

I have customized my account and meeting authentication settings so participants must be signed in to account associated with invited email and register on the registrant invite. I have a meeting created on 7/1 that recurs daily until August 31. Howe... Show more

I have customized my account and meeting authentication settings so participants must be signed in to account associated with invited email and register on the registrant invite.

 

I have a meeting created on 7/1 that recurs daily until August 31. However, as of 7/4, when trying to register a participant, I get an error saying "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address." 

 

I think it may have to do with the "close registration after meeting date" setting, but I do not have an 

 

Why is this happening and how can I avoid this?

 

I have attached my registration settings. Thanks!

Waiting room logo won't update

I updated my waiting room picture and text but it is not updated for folks waiting for me to open the meeting. It is still the old logo showing. Other than waiting room customization, I can't find where to update the screen that people see when they ... Show more

I updated my waiting room picture and text but it is not updated for folks waiting for me to open the meeting. It is still the old logo showing. Other than waiting room customization, I can't find where to update the screen that people see when they are waiting for me to open the meeting. 

 

In the waiting room customization area it shows the new logo I uploaded, but it's not showing that logo to folks waiting for me to open the room?

Resolved! Video Flickering

When I screenshare my video flickers and won't stop. I have even had it mess up my system and had to reboot. I went through all the steps as noted here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360062306851-Troubleshooting-screen-flicker-when-sharing-a-screen and it is still doing it. This just started a few weeks

Multiple users to access meetings scheduled y administrator

I want to purchase a zoom account where I can add users and when they log in, they can see the meetings I have set up as the administrator of the zoom account. Is that possible? If so, what version of zoom do I need?

During our meeting today, I wanted to Create breakouts based on a poll's results. I ticked the box "Create breakouts" as I set up the poll.

 

Once I ended the poll, the option "Create breakouts" was grayed out, although it's activated on my personal and organisation/account-wide level. Any idea why?

 

I really need this option to work for a workshop next week.

Zoho meeting link starting with secure-web.cisco.com

Hi,  if we created meeting zoom link starting with secure-web.cisco.com and mail is sending from some firefiles like that.  Is there any update for this.
