Hi,

Recently I brought a bluetooth speaker, Bugani M99.  The speaker connects well with the Zoom app on the Android phone.  However, while the zoom meeting is going on, the audio control on the phone doesn't work.  I am not able to make the audio volume up or down.  Even the volume control on the speaker doesn't work.  Even if I make the volume to zero on the device, still I am able to hear the sound in the speaker.  I tried the same on iPhone and it has the same issue.

 

The bluetooth speaker works well if I play a video in Youtube app on the android phone.  The audio volume control work well if I operate it from phone or on speaker.

 

I tried restarting the phone and speaker and tried again the same but no luck.

 

Please guide me how to fix this issue.

Can't create a meeting! Only get circle of doom. What to do?

Complete history of all zoom appointments

How do I find the record of all Zoom appointments that I have made on my account.  I can only find histories up to 1 month and nothing beyond

im dealing with a really large client and using the zoom scheduler to allow students to choose a class date. Im using the over-ride as it's not a regular thing. However the dates i have in the override section, some and not all are showing but they are there !! I've used the link and checked the calender and sure enough there are missing ones ! Any help on why this is would be appreciated! its worth saying there are 2 sessions on each day, it looks like when one is booked it knocks the other session out is there a workaround at all ?

Hello, 
I have an HP laptop that every time I use zoom through it my computer freeyes and turns into a blue screen. I sent the computer to the HP lab for repair and they said it was not a problem with the computer but with the zoom on my computer. 
I updated  the zoom on my computer to the newest version and it still happens.
I would appreciate your help on what to do about this as this is a glitch that happens when I use zoom.

I recorded a coaching session in order to be able to use it as a demonstration. Because there where multiple viewers, I put on the focus mode and made my coach client a co-host. 
The plan was, that only me and my coach-client where visible but now I see that only I am visible. 
I recorded it on the cloud. Does anyone know if this can be fixed? I would like us both to be visible.

My computer option is disabled and greyed out for me. That's why I am not able to send any file using My computer Option in chat .I am using Windows 10 and zoom version is : 5.17.11 (34827).

I have tried different ways like making host each other and also restarting zoom, then 

also I have tried using zoom app and zoom web login both way but it didnt work. Not able to choose any file from "My Computer" option.
