I'm at my wits end with a "choppy" video problem that mysteriously appeared after I moved a month ago--the only thing that I know changed was my Internet Service--we got high speed, with 800+ Mbps download speed. But, at times my download speed drops to in the 30s-70s, creating a very choppy video experience, whiich is not acceptable as I coach and give presentations on Zoom

I think the problem is Chrome, and wonder if there is a fix that would allow me to still use Chrome.

My techy husband and my IT professional son-in-law tried to troubleshoot (tried wired, wireless, changed the hub, removed one of my 3 monitors, tried with different browsers, with Outlook open/closed, watched performance on the task manager, etc.). At this point we suspect the culprit is Chrome. I removed all the extensions, except Dashlane, my password manager. Didn't help. When I don't use Chrome, and use Edge, so far the speed seems OK, but I'm bummed about not using Chrome.  I transferred my bookmarks to Edge (not organized like I had in Chrome, which is frustrating). 

Has anyone else had this problem (mostly likely something with Chrome  affecting the Zoom video), and do you have some suggestions?

I have a recurring meeting set up but this month I want it to be a webinar. It seems that you can't convert a recurring meeting into a webinar (option doesn't even show up). The meeting link is already published so I can't create it as a new webinar - unless there is a way to override the webinar link with the original meeting link. Any ides on how to work around this? I also tried duplicating the meeting as a stand alone so I could covert that but that changed the link and meeting id.

I am experiencing audio and video glitching.  This is not normal; I tutor kids daily and typically have many tabs open at a time during my Zoom call.  These last few days, I have only three tabs open with Zoom and it is really draggy/laggy.  I get a window saying that I need to close tabs to improve connection.

Just did a speed test...upload is 932 and download is 933.  Thank you!

i.e., it treats all my polls as anonymous.  How do I fix that?

I  need advice for broadcasting a funeral over Zoom the podium  will be over 30 feet away from where the laptop will be

the camera will need to cover a wide area say 40 x 30 feet or 13x10m 

the  microphone will need to hear the speaker that is 30-40 feet away would prefer something that connected to a laptop with USB

for both the camera & microphone something that is tripod-mountable

not a lapel microphone but one that will pick up the podium speaker without picking up the people who will be sitting in rows of chairs between me & the speaker about 6 rows of chairs if they whisper to each other during the service.

It will also need to pick up the singing of those attending. 

the last one I did was with an iPhone but it was impossible to manage the meeting when it was attached to a tripod & most of the screen was covered it was an utter nightmare to do.

Will probably have another one to do in the coming months for an elderly friend.

I have tried to share editable Zoom docs or whitboards into breakout rooms, but am unable to.

Is it possible to have breakout room participants edit a shared whiteboard or Zoom documents in breakrooms. My hope is that they can edit the whiteboard or doc, those edits are seen by others in different breakout rooms and then we can discuss the shared docs or whiteboards in the main room after. 

The option to share whiteboards and docs to breakouts are greyed out when I try. 

Please let me know if this can be done and how.  

I would like to program a multiple-choice survey - so far no problem. But I can't find a solution to set a minimum number of answers. E.g. maximum choices out of 10 provided options.

The background is to organize a secret online ballot for a board of an association - having more candidates than seats in the board.
