Recordings Set to speaker only but still capturing everyone

Not only that but they are not auto-recording - I have all the settings correct too - and the support here is trash - only BOTS. Zero support - anyone know how to fix this?

This BOT says try spotlighting the speaker before starting the recording.

ok thanks! I finally got ZOOM on the phone - turns out unless you have a PRO account - you can't download recordings and have them look GOOD ( I forgot to mention that) - so I need to upgrade.
Two - you need to SAVE TO CLOUD to be able to have speaker only - IF you save to desktop - it saves the attendees POV!
